I think you may find a button or other debris in the pump housing preventing the pump from emptying all the used water eric

Sounds like the switch that tells the controller that the door is closed and locked is actually bad or the plastic molded part holding the switch is broken. Inspect the interface for cracks.

Something could be stuck in the pump , drain the machine down drain hose next to drain plug when all water is out put a towel under drain plug unscrew then look in the drain plug and your see a little propeller, make sure it turns and nothing stuck there to stop it turning and leave clean then try again good luck

you must replace the door switch

have you checked the filter behind the flap on the front of the machine, this could be blocked. if the machine is full of water though you will have to manually drain it by putting the grey outlet hose into a bucket or a washing up bowl. you will also need one or two towels to place on the floor because there wil still be a bit of water left in the ipes even though the drum is empty.

hi there e40 fault could either be your door interlock or main pcb

Check drain filter on front of machine and check machine is doing full spin. Regards Advisor

Pump jammed or filter blocked, check filter if not blocked remove pump and replace if faulty. Regards Advisor

It appears that you may have a faulty door interlock or a faulty PCB. pcb is not really a DIY job as some boards require proramming on certain versions. Regards Advisor
