My 32gb Apple iPad shows it is disabled and I want to know how to fix it ?

You must restore it in itunes.

You need to plug your iPad 2 into the computer that you normally use for backup.
This logo indicates that your iPad is in 'Recovery Mode'

1) you state the problem is with an Apple iPad 32gb Wifi Tablet. You will be unable to put a sim card in as this is not the 3G / 4G version.

2) Refer to the original product documentation.

3) Have you searched the manufacture website? There are online user guides on apple.com.

4) Use a small needle and press it in to the hole on the sim card slot. remove, insert your simcard and insert in to the ipad.

Your best shot is to find the person who sold it to you and ask to disable Find my iPad.

You have to restore your iPad to it's original factory settings. Do this by plugging it into the computer that you originally set up your iPad with. Then restore to original factory settings. This will erase all your data but at least you have an iPad.

The Microsoft Office 2007 does not work with the iPad. You'll find Pages, Numbers, Keynote in the AppStore though.
