Get hold of your phone provider and ask them what the mailbox settings are, and also ask them for any of the relevant info, you will either get the provider send something to your phone, or they will give you a long number to enter in the phones settings. . . You will likely be asked your IMEI number. . . Get this by pressing *#06#

I believe you need to have a voice mail to receive calls, just set it up and have a prerecorded voice mail.
I have the same phone and it wouldnt let anyone call me tell the voice mail was set up

I had the same problem with my LG 600G. The problem was the preprogramed voice mail # on the phone might be incorrect. You will need to call Tracfone and get the correct # for your area.

Try calling your own phone number on the cell phone
