Go to Yahoo or Google and type the name, model, and serial number and manual. You should get a list and you can copy it and print.

Testimonial: "Many thanks for your suggestion. I too had trouble trying to download the manual. I have taken a guess and oiled similar parts to a sewing machine. I think the overlocker may have a motor problem so is probably on its way out anyway. Again - your help was much appreciated."

It doesn't look like there is anywhere to get this manual for free. But you can buy it for $15 from a website.

I need a Janome overlocker manual for a EZY.Lock404D as my mother lost hers

The Janome website do partial manuals for some machines.
They have manuals for the MyLock 644D,and for the MyLock 634D
They should be similar enough to your machine .

Overlocker janome 304D

The easiest way to remember them is to observe the machine while you turn the handwheel and see. If it rubs put a drop of oil on it.This means on the end of each shaft, on parts which slide; any place which has a friction point. NOT on the knife blades.

Help, Janome Ezy Lock 304D Overlocker!

Although the tension units on your machine are of a different configuration, always thread from the right spool first and then each one to the left.........ONLY in that sequence !

d5f0050.jpg
now take a look at this sewusa site for a better view of the actual routine through the thread guides.........as I say, the tension units are different, but the sequence is the same, just use the image from above to see which one is next........this chart, just as the one on the fold down cover of your machine need to be followed one thread at a time from R to L

If you want any more help with this, just post back here, or, drop a line through the "Contact Us" page at www.bargainbox.com.au
