you can register either a credit acrd or bank accountwith paypal, and you can put money into your paypal account to use later, but paypal do not offer a credit account
all you have to do to have a paypal account is register with a user name and password and then put up a credit card, debit card or checking account, and they send a email to you and you click on it and you should be ready to use paypal
Do not worry. You can add your credit card and/or bank account details any time. When you login again go to "myAccount", then "profile->add/edit credit card.

If you open and account with Pay Pal you can sell on Ebay or just to have linked to yoiur bank account as well. To open a PAY PAL account you must a bank account
Some bank routing numbers don't work with Pay Pal. I had the same problem, until I changed banks (For other reasons). Now, Pay Pal accepts mine either way.

Sorry, been busy of late and hadn't checked my email.
I was emailed a tax form, which I filled out and faxed back to a number they provided, and they just sent the money via paypal to my email address. It was actually very simple.
I received it in the first week of the third month I was there. So if I expect you'll receive yours some time in the first week of February. I'm not sure exactly how much work it is for them to calculate payments, but I don't think it's entirely automated, so it takes a few days.
