F2 error means the rotor is not functioning. Make sure there is nothing jamming the rotor arm. If the arm is clear, remove the wire trays, spray arm and bottom filter, then unscrew the blue housing that holds the rotor. Arrows indicate the direction to unscrew. The rotor can be lifted out. If it has seized you could try some WD40 or similar. There was a recall some years ago so you may be able to get free replacements.
