1) Go to the display or the screen in your Sony Xperia Z1 which you want to capture.
2) Take a screenshot. Press the Volume Down button on the side and the Power button for about 2-3 seconds. Make sure that both the buttons are pressed TOGETHER, otherwise it won't work.
3) View your screenshot. You will immediately hear a clicking sound, confirming that the screenshot has been taken. You may also see the text "Saving your screenshot" on your phone's display during the process.
To view your screenshot, click on the screenshot notification in the notification tray or simply go to your Photo Albums and you will find the screenshots in a folder named "Screenshots."

If the phone is not unlocked, you won't be able to unlock it, because only the first owner with his sim, can ask for the unlock code. Lots of providers want you to continue a contract for a certain period, even when the original contract had finished. Go back to the person you bought the phone and insist he helps you with the unlocking.
Sometime we can forget about the password or screen lock pattern. In this case we just have to find Forget Password / Pattern button, the SONY XPERIA SP (C5302/M35H) & (C5303/C5306 LTE) will ask for Google account inside this smartphone. If we can not open the Google Account, then we need to do hard reset to factory default with step above.
