I would also check with your ISP. Do you share service in your home? Have run a virus scan? If someone has hijacked your password they could be using it in their time zone. Change you password.

Network traffic is very high in the evenings. It could be that your internet is lagging or that the servers or too slow

try logging on from a different device an unknown device and that should work if not just wait about three days or so and if someone else is logged onto your profile that could also be the problem so if so tell them to log out of your profile but still wait a day or two

Something went wrong. We're facebook chat keeps saying working on getting this fixed as soon as we can. You may be able to try again. it used to work
