WEN Products has a rotary tool that is very nearly an exact duplicate of the Durabuilt rotary tool. I use the WEN manual at home for my Durabuilt rotary tool.

Go to Dremel.com and download an owners manual for detailed instructions for this tool.

If this is a Black and Decker you can go to Dewaltservicenet.com and find a manual there usually. If not there is a phone number that you can call and probably get one.

Dude!!!!!! This is NOT a Chicago tool nor is it pneumatic! Chicago tools are air powered. This is a rotary tool. Looks like a very nice one at that. The world leader in rotary tools is Dremel. Although the tool you have is not a Dremel. I am going to direct you to their website as they have a great introduction to rotary tools, they explain how-to and give details on all of the attachments and what they are for. They are also explicit on safety and give detailed safety instruction.
