Good Morning friend, thank you for your post!
From the information you have provided your Frigidaire dryer is buzzing and goes on pause when you attempt to turn it on. This could be a possible issue with your door latch, door strike, or control panel. If you dryer shows pause that means there is an interruption within your cycle. I would advise to look over your door latch and strike to see if there is any apparent damage to either component. If both components appear to be working properly I would advise to have a technician come out to review your control panel. I hope this information has been helpful to some degree. -Matt

This is a board communication problem, you need to replace the control board. If you send me the model # I can tell you what the part number and price would be.

SOURCE: where is the fuses in a frigidaire affinity dryer
Hi, On many dryers, there's a thermal fuse mounted to the exhaust duct inside the back cover panel. The fuse--which is about an inch long--is usually embedded in black resin and mounted in a white plastic housing. If the fuse has blown, you need to replace it. (You can't re-set it.)
Hello friend, thank you for your post!
Based off the information you have provided, I understand that your Frigidaire dryer is displaying an "E52" code and the dryer will not start. Typically an "E52" code stands for motor fault, I would attempt to perform a reset on your appliance by disconnecting power for roughly ten minutes. After the reset if you are still receiving the error code I would recommend having a professional come out to diagnose and repair the appliance. Best of luck. -Matt
