The problem is most likely the drain valve. It is electrically operated and with your problem it is the most common cause.

The wrong type detergent was put in the washer.
Set it to pump out. Then pour in cold water and pump out again. Do this over and over until the suds are gone.
Cold water helps kill the sudsing and dilutes it so it will pump.
Make sure you use dishwasher detergent next time.

water in gas and lines drain and filler up and add dry gas,allso when you start your car and its low on fuel it needs to be on level ground. i had a minni van that gave me the same problems in the winter time. hope this helps

change distributor cap first and see how it goes could have a crack in it.Failing which you need to test the ignition module when its cold as sometimes a component will break down and not work when its cold ,this is very much a hands on type job so if dist cap doesnt cure it call a mobile mechanic

You can check the drain or the filter. You will have to pull it out of the space it is now to access it. Items will get stuck in the drain clogging it.

Could be both batteries went bad.
1) I would take battery back to where you bought it and have them test.
2) Check, or have someone check, that battery power is not being used when the key is off and the car is not being used in any way. There will be a slight trickle of power use, but nothing that would wear the battery down in less than 3-4 weeks.

f4 is a drain error, machine is still sesing water has not pumped out after 4 minutes of draining
1st check and see if water is still in bottom of machine if so check for blockeges under sink where drain hose cnnects to drain pipe.
if water has drained out you may have an water sensor fault or worst case an electronic control board fault
to reset machine hold the start button in for at least 3 seconds and it should do a drain and stop
