I was given the board game Pirate-opoly but without the instructions. My kids are excited to play it but we need the rules and instructions. Can anyone help me?

Http://www.lateforthesky.com/Content/24.htm You can get missing parts right from the maker. Late For The Sky. Just fill out the form and put in rules, instead of a part name and it should get you the rules. If not, I would assume it plays much like Monopoly. Good Luck!
