Is the light blinking while you wiggle the plug? If so there are one of two problems one is that your cord is broke. Or two the jack on your DS is broken. Try replacing the cord first as it is cheaper.

My DS Lite charges fine but it wont turn on not even the green light. Is it the F2 fuse or the L2 fuse you think is broken and i dont hear rattling inside could it still be the L2 fuse, and could i use a...

Hi there, if it was a fuse the power light would turn on then off straight away, or when you plug the charger in the charge light will light up for a second then turn off again. I suspect it is the L2 inductor, take a look at my guide to see how to repair it -

Won't charge

If you have a good power supply/charger, then the battery pack is bad. It is common and even more common in newer electronics since new parts are made cheaper.

Nintendo DS Lite - does not charge

i would suggest trying to find what the issue is, if you know anyone who has a different charger, try it on your daughter's ds. if it still doesn't work, it's a DS problem...if it's under warranty, go to whatever store you bought it at and have them fix or replace it. If you try the different charger and it DOES work, then the only problem is the charger...so then all you have to do is go buy a new charger...hope this helps.
