I purchased your karaoke software for my phone and love it...I got a new phone and cannot find the path for my songs..the phone is a zte grand x max+...I have a sdcard with a karaoke directory...I have tried reinstalling the program and have tried every possible configuration...ZTE987/SD Card/karaoke....storage/SDCard/karaoke/.../SD Card/karaoke/...my file manager lists it as SD Card/karaoke....I even tried making a directory karaoke on the phone...../Phone/Karaoke/...I am stumped....please help

Contact them for warranty repair or service. Or take to a local electronics shop.

I would like to add some new songs for my megavison hdd multi karaoke jukebox... can anyone show me how and tell me where i can download songs or videoke songs...

I would suggest you to use a headset (without mic) and play the karaoke for them so that they can listen the music through the headphone while they sing. Connect the mic on the mic plug on your computer and record the songs they are singing with rhythm of the karaoke using an audio editor like Audacity or Adobe Audition and similar softwares. Suppose if you play the karaoke on your speaker, then the music will be heard from the mic and it'll be mixed up with the songs he/she is singing. For best result, Record the sound/songs and save it as different file and mixdown the karaoke file with it later. Otherwise, you'll not be able to get good songs. Please let me know if you need further help.
