replace the lamp only takes few min make sure you get right one for model of tv the LAMP MODEL number will be on OLD LAMP the tv will work and sound will come back hope this helps
On the back of the tv at the top of the stand will be four silver screws, remove those with the set laying on it's face or the tv may fall over. after those are removed the stand will slide out of the bottom of the tv. Hope this helps.
Place the tv on its screen flat on a soft surface,
you need to remove all the screws, not just the stand one marked.
Lift the back panel and then you will be able to slide down the stand, when you have removed the back cover you will also see where how your wall mount will fit to the chassis.
Place all the screws back on the back lid.
