Do it yourself Patricia. Take off the front panel lower left. Put a baking tray under it and remove the filter and clean it.

The F20 error code means; no water was detected entering washer or pressure switch trip was not detected after 6 minutes

Many times that is caused by a blockage a pinched fill hose,or the filter screen on back of washer where hoses attach to are clogged

as far as i can remember f20 means an outflow problem. On whitegoods.co.uk all machine faults are explained. Error codes can be quite vague and f20 could mean your pump has stopped functioning, you outflow pipe is kinked or you have an internal blockage.

I believe F20 may point towards a control unit failure.
You could try disconnecting it from the mains supply for a minute and plug it back in.

I'm gonan look through the manual and check out what F20 means so ill be back in a bit.
