as far as i can remember f20 means an outflow problem. On whitegoods.co.uk all machine faults are explained. Error codes can be quite vague and f20 could mean your pump has stopped functioning, you outflow pipe is kinked or you have an internal blockage.

Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle Unplug washer or disconnect power.
Check the following:
Are water faucets completely turned on? Are screens at inlet hose connection to washer clogged? Are water inlet hoses kinked?Are water inlet hoses frozen?
I believe F20 may point towards a control unit failure.
You could try disconnecting it from the mains supply for a minute and plug it back in.
