After a few minutes of searching everywhere and finding out it was discontinued a while ago, i finally found a file contaning the online version of the manual just like all the current dell printers. I couldn't link to it directly so i downloaded it and hosted it up on mediafire for you. Just go to this link:

Download the ug_en.zip file there which is 1.41 megs and it contains a compiled HTML file which is the manual in its entirety. Just uncompress it and open it with any internet browser. Hope this helps you out.:)

Go to www.Dell.com. Click on the support link. Lookup your specific printer model #. A list of all files and manuals available for download will appear. Select & download the manual and you will be all set. Hope this helps.

You can't. Certain cartridges are not able to indicate a fully charged cartridge after having been refilled. This is due to the fact that they have an ROM chip---Read Only Module--that is not programmable after it has been "used up" by indicating an empty ink reservoir.

This is your driver causing the problem. If the download was for several printers you can try to reinstall the driver manually for your specific printer. If the driver was supposed to be for your specific printer then dell has put out a bad driver which they do sometimes. You can try alerting them through their forums,their customer support, or call them and once they know they have a problem, they're usually pretty quick to fix it.I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver first though sometimes they don't install right if the computer is under a heavy load.
