CHANGE INK CATRIDGE

remove all the cartridges. using tissue or cotton cloth.. dub the connectors to the cartridge of the printer.. then wipe the cartridge connector area dry. if this does not work, you need new cartridges. with new cartridges and the same problem persist, your printer has the problem on the in decoder strip. area. hope to be of help.

Did you remove the plastic Seal undernith your ink Catridge, also check for any dry ink deposites where the yellow catridge sits in the catridge carriage box, if present use an alcohol cleaning pad to clean the carriage and re-install and verify.

did u change / replace the cartridge with original spare or refilled it??
this kind of problem often follows with an unbranded cartridge change and or refilling..!!
it also can be the defective cartridge itself causing such problem..!!
well if u r a professional then just dip a cotton into isopropyl alcohol n gently rub the connector sensor/ contact surface, n reinsert it properly, gently rub on the head too n make sure ink is coming/flowing, make sure the toner is not jammed or dried up, also have a glance on the 'carriage' n see that no sensor pins are broken and or bend..!!
..if u r not an professional, make sure it is properly inserted and the ink-spill protective/head covering is removed..
if all the above fails, then it may b a defective or demo cartridge..!!
and call ur system admin....

It must be your ruined catridge. Some times the wire connections are burned at the side of the catridge and you must thaw away it and buy a new color catridge.

The sticker is situated below the cartridge where u have the cartridge nozel.

The ink cartridges are all separate so you press the cancel button (with no jobs pending) to bring the cartridge holder in to the right place open the holder remove the cartridge and then replace it, let the printer purge the cartridge then your good to go

Please remove the printer catridge and clean the the extra ink in the catridge holder and in the catridge connection point with the soft cloth without damaging the cables in the catridge and the holder then test it

u just do a thing.just press the paper load button when the printer in power on that time the catridge will move suddently remove the ac power pin of the printerr while the catridge tray on centre afterwards u can remove the catridge and install new one
