The time is set from within the phone system and is sent out to all the display sets. You will have to log into the phone system and change it there. This is different on an SX200 ICP than it is on a 3300 ICP. But in either case you will have to know the IP address of the phone system as well as login credentials to it. I suggest you contact your phone system vendor for specifics. Most sites I work with has a Point of Contact for the site that handles day to day maintenance on the phone system - such as name changes, button assignments and time changes.
There are a number of Headset that will plug directy into the back of your 5212 phone. (I would suggest Googling for results) As for Monitoring an agent the MitelICP has the capability to allow a supervisor to dial a code and mointor the agent while on a call. Contact you Mitel Vendor and I'm sure they would be happy to make the program chage for you. (This is a class of service and Feature acces code change)
The time and date are a system wide change. If you have access to you ICP, after you gain access the first screen to appear will have three option choose the "Group Administration Tool" click on change date and time and the rest is self explanatory.
