My HP LaserJet 3330 is taking a long time to warm up between uses, and lately I even have to unplug it to get it to warm up at all.
What is the problem??
Someone at my company is experiencing this same issue. Another person in our IT department has encountered the issue before and said it is happening because the scanner arm does not return all the way. He said if you power on and off the machine many times it will move the arm back about a half inch every time until it's all the way back and then it will work properly. There's probably some underlying issue here, but this might give you a temporary fix.
Error Msg
scanner bulb warming up through out
pls can you assist me urgently because till today i dont know what to do with the printer coz of the
error message. Also WHAT can i do to bypass the scanner to avoid this error.
Only the way to solve this problem is to change new flourescent lamp. I have encounterd it before and solved by changing flourescent lamp. But to change the lamp is a bit complicated job.
