We have a RCA DVD which is in the motor home . We have 2 cords going to the TV. We put TV on HMl and that did not work as well as HM2 and also video. nothing works

Im sorry your having this trouble But I cant tell you whats wrong as I havent looked at the set. The problem could be a simple power supply problem or a cold solder connections in the horizontal sweep circuit. If your not a tech this is not a job for an experimenter or tinker . There is hi voltage in these sets even when they are unplugged so you are gonna need to call a pro in to assit you in this repair or geta new one > good Luck

Do you have the remote? You will need to cycle through the inputs to get to video 1 or 3. You might have the buttons on the front of your tv that says tv/video or tv/vcr. If not go down the channels past 1 and it might automatically switch through the video input selections. For any of these solutions have the PS2 plugged into video 1 and turned on. Hope this helps.

if when you turn the set on the display does not light up at all there is a good chance the display has gone, if you ring jvc they should be able to giv you a price of a new dsplay i will warn you it wont be cheap.
