first off how old is this stove,there's alot of parts discontinued for this,like the clock assy. and if the oven isn't working this could be your problem.get someone that knows how to use a meter,let them check to see if you have 240 volts going to the oven,if so check to see if power is coming out of board if not the board is no longer available.did anything happen while you were using it or a power failure and has the clock ever gone blank on you or anything like that,if so that also is a bad clock assy. or computer board.

Try to clean the charger connector, and see is there any wires that are bent on it.

Try removing the battery and connecting it to the computer.

If it shows up on the Computer, format it.

To format in My Computer>Device Name (Lyra)>Right Click and select format.

This will erase everything on the device and allow you to start over.
