This is a problem with Console Control with CPU, you must replace.
However you must sure if the signal coming out from the control motor to the upper board are o.k Otherwise time to replace the control board since, they send the signa from the inverter to CPU.

Runs 2100rpm at highway speeds

a transmission problem. (slip>?)
why not?
1: check all fuse with a meter, in both fuse boxes.
2: check ATF levels by the book, not guessing or using engine oil methods !
3: then SCAN it. yes, do so , not scanning now, misses the boat.

no year stated, wow...... now that does make this a hard row to hoe.

How to replace a run capacitor

a55bbd5a-3830-424f-9188-3f0edd4cf88a.jpg
A Run capacitor has 2 terminals, they go to the Run and Start winding terminals, in this case the Line 2 leg of power is wired to the Run terminal on the run capacitor, that is due to the fact this is a single speed motor and speeds are on the Run winding, had there been 2 speeds, the Line 2 leg of power could not be wired to the Run capacitor but would be going to the High or Low speed terminals, conversely the Run terminal on the compressor can accept only 1 lead.
All electric motors get 1 leg of power directly to the Common lead, the remaining leg of power Always goes to the Run winding or speeds on the run winding if a multispeed motor.
Some compressors have a shared capacitor with 3 terminals, they share the leg of power to their Run windings however to Hermetic it will be say 30 MFD and to Fan it will be say 5 MFD, but as to capacitor theory they get Run and Start Always
Power can be wired to Run on the capacitor as long as the motor is a single speed.
But power ALWAYS goes to Common directly while the remaining leg of power goes to the Run winding or Speeds on the Run winding as in High and Low speeds.

Replacing a heaters blower motor

8552830d-9be8-451c-85ba-9550e7971eb7.png
The indoor blower motor is powered by 115 volts or 230 volts, either way it wires the same.
Every motor be it a single speed or multiple speed will get the 2 legs or power,
Line 1 and Line 2 or L1 and L2 to make it easy.
Common always gets a leg all to itself, you cannot run both legs of power to the speeds as the speeds are on the Run winding, that is a direct short, and you cant run a leg to Start or it will turn backwards! This is how we unlock compressor's that get stuck!
1 leg or power ALWAYS goes to Common.
The remaining leg of power, say it is L2, it goes to the speed desired or if a single speed motor, it can go to the terminal on the Run capacitor that is wired to the Run winding, A Run capacitors terminals are Run and Start.
Note the capacitors leads coming from the motor are both brown, 1 has a white stripe
the capacitors leads are obvious in that respect as well as being the only 2 leads that have female type ends that are for sliding over the run capacitors terminals, it does not matter which lead goes to what terminal as long as both get their own.
The remaining leg of power we are calling L2 will be going to the speeds desired,
Cool uses High while Heat uses Low speed, High speed is controlled by a fan relay or fan board on the high speed terminal or cool.
While the low speed is controlled via temperature delay, time delay or a fan board on the low speed terminal or heat.
There is no need to get an exact replacement motor, as long as the shaft diameter, frame size, rotation, voltage & HP rating equal or better,
(you can go bigger HP, never smaller) you will be ok.
Some universal or trip saver motors have bushings for various shaft sizes, and an ability to reverse rotation by inverting a plugged set of leads. Belly bands are used for most applications so even if your OEM motor has built in motor mounts there is a belly band that can be used to replace that motor perhaps cheaper if not faster, some OEM motors can be days away from being available

V-fit treadmill dk2510 starts but stops as soon as speed goes past 1.5 mph

1) Run the software calibration for easy diagnose, troubleshooting, and fix it.
2) You must adjut the speed sensor, clean and tight the wire connector.
God bless you.

I hav an a2105 nordic track.. it powers up just fine but when i start the track it starts and shuts down.. and then powers itself back up all over again.. i disconnected the drive belt from the motor to...

hi,
You have to check the Driver circuit board for the motor. There is motor control IGBT Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) in this board .If the IGBT is short then the treadmill will try to run without setting any value or witout pressing the start button. You have to check the OHMS between the seocnd and third of lead of the IGBT. If it shows less than 100 Ohms then the IGBT is short and you have to replace the same. Also you have to check the connection to the control pannel. Is there is any loose conatct. Remove the connection in the motor control board which go to the control pannel and reconnect it. Also check the speed sensor. In most of the treadmill you can find the speed sensor near the motor pully. Remove the speed sensor and clean it and the refix it. Remember one thing remove the power of the treadmill and leave it for 30 minutes then only oppen the treadmill. Because there is high voltage storage capacitors in the motor control board which will hold charge for some time even after the power is disconnected. i ahve added the picture of IGBT for your refference

ok

My Kenmore Upright Freezer Model 25326432100 flashed "ER."

My freezer was purchased in February, 2004. It is a self defrosting freezer but ice has started forming along the bottom shelf and back wall. Also, after cleaning the freezer the other day it has stopped clycing. The freezer will stop running only if I turn it down to the #1 setting and then it will not come back on. If I turn it up to a higher setting the compressor will not stop running. It ran for over 24 hours and would not cycle unless I turned it off or set it at the #1 setting. When I unplugged it and pulled it away from the wall, there was a green water spot the size of a dinner plate underneath the freezer. Help!! Very Unhappy this freezer is only 6 years old. S in Phila.

Carburator settings

If you have played with them the only way is to get it going pretty well is" ....
find the idle screw - usually larger - and turn in 1/2 a turn - hopefully that will keep it running - then find the 'slow' running screw turn it in until it stops then turn out 1 and 1/2 turns. Leave the fast one alone.
Get it started then adjust idle screw so its faaster if need be.,, now slowly turn the 'slow' screw in then out say 1/2 turn and listen for it either speeding up or slowing down leave it at the point where it sounds ok and try giveing a few 1/2 speed rev ups. If it goes back and idles as before - leave it.

The fast screw... (first make sure your exhaust outlet is totally unblocked - the slightest restriction here will cause it to never run right at high speed). Start it up and then try full throttle - same thing as before try adjust the fast screw first in a little then out until it runs well at what seems the faster speed it can - then check that it accelerates well from idle to full speed. If not adjust it a little more until it does.
Once it will idle ok and return to idle and also run full speed, then you can back off the idle screw until it will idle without the chain racing arond the bar.

Bear in mind th chain wil be racing around while you adjust it so keep fingers kids and idiots well away..because you are adjusting it with that chain moving..

Idle run mixture controls

You will find a Low and High adjustment screw. At idle turn the screw in or clockwise until the rps starts to decrease. Then start turning it out till you hit max idle rpms. Turn screw back in a quarter to half turn and it should be idling smoothly. Be careful here and get someone to hold saw if necessary but hold in throttle to full speed and do the same with high adjustment screw. turn it in till rpm starts to drop then back it out until you get to max rpm and it won't go any higher then turn it back in a half a turn.
