This can happen if you use outlook, or a similar program, and have "keep a copy of my emails on the server" checked. It downloads your email from the server, but leaves copies of all of them there. When you delete your emails, they are gone on your computer, but it downloads again once you get online, since the computer sees it as a new mail, and not the old one you got rid of. If you don't want to change your settings on the mail program, them sign on to the online version of your email (www.gmail.com or whatever server you go through), and delete them there, and then when you delete them from your program, you won't have them reappearing.

there are three command copy, cut, and paste.

Turn your computer off for a few minutes. Then try and delete them.

Maybe your smartphone is resyncing the account in the background.

Exit yahoo, sign on again and try again.
Actaully, I use yahoo daily and never encoutered this problem

Try logging into mail2web.com with your details.
You might have a chance of doing it there.

Go to Settigs/Mail/Signature

the « w » should be there, erase it
