My son put a 9 point lock on his tablet and does not know the unlock pattern. I have done the reset button so many times and need to get back to the factory settings. Can some one help me figure this out? It has been locked for 4 weeks and im loosing my mind trying to unlock it.
I am locked out of my tablet I forget the pattern. But when I go to touch the dots to do the pattern it is only reconizing that my finger is touching some of the dots. What do I do?
