Check your grinder to see if the grinds may be too fine. Increase the grinder size and see if the coffee speed is increased.

If not, Contact saeco usa for support at 800-933-7876.

SOURCE: My saeco primea touch plus cappucino grinds coffebeans, but no co

At the extreme top left of the brew group, above the last filter (mentioned in another response), there is a spring loaded tip that I assume is pushed open by the pressure of the brewed coffee, before the coffee streams to the dispenser nozzles. When I dis-assembled this (2 philips screws) the tip seemed very sticky (slightly jammed?). I pushed the ip several times against a hard surface and freed it up. Re-assembled everything (plus cleaned the last fliter). Works fine again.

Add beans??

I had this same problem with my Saeco Magic Plus and found that cleaning the burr grinder fixed the problem. Here's a link showing how that is done:

Saeco Primea Touch Plus flow problem

In the bean hopoer there is a little screw. Remove this screw and the cover and you will see an adjustment alan key. You need to push down and rotate the adjuster counter clockwise to make it finer and clockwise to make it bigger. Make sure you only rotate the grinder a little at a time, 1/4 turns at a time recommended. Make 2 cups then readjust if necessary.

Saeco Primea Ring - no milk - just steam

Hello!!
Okay! Looks like many of you out there has the same problem, whit the milk temerature (not me i never had).
But there is a service menu on primea touch plus series.
Im from Sweden but i will try my best to explain how to enter the menu. First of all !!MUST!! write down off parameters before changing any thing!!!! It is possible to set the grinder to grin more coffie for each cup. I think the factory setting is 85 Aroma impulse. It is possible to change that for you type of coffie beans that you use, i will diff from bean to bean.

Okay, to enter the menus you have to turn you machines off.
Now turn it on !!!!!EXACTLY!!!!! when the display lights up press your display in the following order ALWAYS IN THE CORNERS (you will not see any icons were you have to touch on you display) RIGHT LOWER CORNER, LEFT UPPER CORNER, RIGHT UPPER CORNER, LEFT LOWER CORNER.

To enter the second service menu, do as i explained before but use this "CODE" instead. LEFT UPPER CORNER, RIGHT UPPER CORNER, LEFT LOWER CORNER, RIGHT LOWER CORNER. This is it! Hope i could help you! Remeber to write down before doing any changes! DO NOT ERASE ANY FAULT CODES YOU SERVICE CENTER WILL FIND THAT INFORMATION VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!

Dont say that it didnt work, it will it´s a huge matter of timing!!!! IT WILL WORK!!!!

Let me know some results please!!
