-Connect,use and operate crystal surround air track system to Samsung 40inch 1080 smart TV

Reading instructions and attempting to connect and use per instructions. everything seems connected per inst. sound bar led and tv sound control is all i can get out of this.can you help,please?

Try connecting unit by the optical cable from tv to sound bar - sounds like your have a wifi problem

Sorry but you cannot do this with this tv.. You need hdmi 1.4 support and you only have 1.3 the only way i have heard of it being done is through the headphone socket to a 3.5 jack to the aux socket on the soundbar.... johnB

Keeps turning off saying protection
It could be possible your tv volume is too high and the speakers are ment to take in a low volume level and amplifiy the signal themselves. That or there is an electrical malfunction with the device.
