This is consider MMS, not SMS (Text). You need to have the correct APN settings in your device. I suggest that you contact your wireless carrier, they should be able to help you out.

When you receive them save an run then turn your mobile off for 5 minutes then turn it on
Then your mobile will send and receive picture messages
You'll have to call your service provider. The SIM card stores a phone number for the network's text message center. For some reason, this phone has a glitch where it deletes the center number. Your service provider might be able to update it remotely but I had to take the SIM out and place it in an older phone so I could enter the text message center number manually. This fixed the problem.
