I currently have no internet due to a relocation, and probably won't for a couple of weeks. Is there a way to sinc my Onedrive between my Win 8.1 laptop and my android phone via Bluetooth, or otherwise? I still use my laptop for projects and generally store them in Onedrive. I need to somehow keep them in sinc, regardless of internet. Thank you, Jo Smith

Check mobile phone settings - look for mobile hot spot. This is a special feature where the mobile uses mobile data (be careful have a data plan on mobile otherwise costly ) and then the mobile phone also creates a wi fi network that you can hook into on the win 8.1 laptop. HOWEVER THE MOBILE WILL NEED TO BE POWERED ! either via the p.c's usb port or via a charger pack as this mode uses up a lot of mobile phone battery

SOURCE: Bluetooth problem

if you have a built in bluetooth connection, then what may be happening is that the pc is turning it off in a power saving state if not being used, the same thing sometimes happens when a bluetooth dongle is conected to a usb port, you have to unplug and plug it in again to get it to connect as the pc doesnt recognise it. Try turning it off by the function button then on again, or check your notebook settings in the power options, as they are able to turn both bluetooth and wireless connections off to save power.

No, there is not a free upgrade, only paid. Probably won't work with windows 7, it is only intended for Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition , Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional , Microsoft Windows XP , Microsoft Windows NT Workstation , Microsoft Windows 95 , Microsoft Windows 98.

Computer not working correctly

Right click My Computer, left click Properties, left click Hardware, left click Device Manager. Left click Display adapters. Right click your adapter and left click Properties. This should give information as to whether the Display adapter is working properly. In Device Manager check other hardware that has a Question Mark"?" or Exclamation Mark"!". You may need to re-install some Drivers. Win 98 had Driver problems.
