if it has one it will be on the pass side down at the floor board there will be a door there you can open and there will be 2 switchs there ,but Im no sure they used them in 1994
Are you talking about the safety fuel shut off meant to shut of the fuel in case of a accident? Im assumng thats what your meaning, so on most Ford vehicles its on the passenger side floor kick board (apillar)... If you look down there and cant find it, then check your owners manual...
