What you want is to add an iPad to your network. If you mean logging in on your Wifi at home, that is easy, but you probably mean you have lost the password of the router.
Reset the router to factory default: pull the plug and leave it unplugged for at least 10 minutes.
Check on the backside if it has a sticker with the default passphrase. After starting it up try this passphrase on the iPad.
If it has no sticker: Try Google: type in your brand and model of router with added "default wpa password". This might give a default password for your router on some site.
Do learn to adjust the password on your router: mostly you can type the IP address of the router in your browsers address bar
Try 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.0 (might be mentioned on the sticker also) then you get a weblogin page for the router.
Mostly you will need as user 'admin' and a password on the sticker.
Search for WPA2 passphrase in the setup and set that notch and adjust to your own password.
Use this password on the iPad:
goto settings - wifi and choose your network, give in your own password.
which Password are you talking about? The locked tablet Password or the password to your account? If you are talking about the locked password for your tablet you have to go into settings and then to privacy and then change password.
Hello If you did forget the password, there is no other way than contacting the nearest authorised Service center for Pioneer at your town. No adjustments cannot be done with this set, except deleting the present password. But to delete the present password, you must have the original password you did set at first. OK.

You may have to reset the password which will reset to the router to Default Settings. Do this by using a paper clip to push in the little button in the hole, in the back of the router. You will need to re-adjust your settings if you had Encryption or anything and I would suggest settings a secure password. If you do not like this solution you must guess the password.
