Find out whether it is 6 volts or 12 volts and there should be two wires that feed the motor either cut or splice and attach another set of wires with fuse in the line (simular to jumper cables) raise the back tire so it does not touch the ground and place jump wires to the negative and positive of the battery.
If the motor moves in either direction without blowing the fuse the motor is good if not then its bad. Uses the same amperage fuse

SOURCE: Rear Windscreen wiper not working Seat Ibiza 2003

smonahan, The rear wiper fuse is actually a circuit breaker. It will reset itself.
Your wiper arm has probably stripped were it attaches to the motor shaft. You can check by trying to move the wiper arm with your hand, if it moves back and forth, its stripped. A new wiper arm will be needed.
Try it and let me know.

SOURCE: starter enabler fuse blows which means the starter motor does not work until fuse is changed

It is possible that the starer is pulling too much amperage- 1st thing you need to do is find out what if any other consumers are on that circuit, 2nd you need to find out how much amperage is being consumed by the starter. 3rd test you wires most likely if a wire problem it is the heavy hot wire on the starter or the back of the alternator has a loose retaining nut

SOURCE: my daughters 1998 honda accord ex keeps blowing

The horn and rear brake lights are on the same fuse. Eventually the horns rust out like on my 1998 CRV. Once I replaced the horns, I could put in a new fuse without it blowing every time I sounded the horn. Problems still remain, namely: the cruise control does not engage and the remote start only starts the engine that runs for two seconds then dies. Still looking for an answer. It's a "Code Alarm" with Codestart dated 11/24/99.

My daughter scooter just stopped . Batteries are fully charged. What should I check ? The fuse is good and all connections are as well

The contol joystick, if there is one , may be loose or may have become faulty. On my daughter's scooter the joystick illuminates when functioning correctly. It might be that the motor has burnt out or the bushes might have gone in the motor.
There are a few things to look out for.
There is, presumably, a manufacturer's website where you can get support/ advice on trouble shooting?

Hi, be sure you are using the right amperage fuse in it. Check any exposed wires on it they may have got skinned up, causing a short and blowing this fuse. You say it gets hot when she gives it full power, so its blowing when its drawing the most amps under this high load. Check all of the connections at the batterys to make sure all connections are good and tight, this is very important on any thing that is electric. Good Luck,

If it is a fuse problem then try looking for a fuse box in the controller or charger. If not then take it back, unless stated in the manual that you need to enter a fuse before it will charge, the scooter should charge right out the box.

Another thing you might want to try is to turn the scooter off before charging.
