My radio want come on 94 ranger truck all fuses looks good

Your power Wire from your Battery to your radio may be cut or pinched. Also your remote turn on for your Radio could be messed up. If its stock then refer to the vehicles user manual for wire color. If its Not stock refer to the serial number on top of the radio for a diagram for wire colors for designation and check them and their connections if all of those are good then its more than likely your radio

Dashboard lights will not turn off

Pull it back out, (Radio) and recheck your steps. Something is not hooked up right. When you pull it back out, See if it goes back working normal. Retrack the wires. You cut are hook up something wrong????
