All the little red lights are out - no indication of which incoming line a call is coming in on, settings such as mute, etc. etc.

They all failed at once.

Cant set up the remote with tv

Do a code search:
If after trying "Direct Code Entry" your device does not respond, or if your brand is not listed, try doing a search of the code library for your code by following these steps.
  1. Manually turn on the device (TV, VCR, etc.) to be controlled.
  2. Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
  3. Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks once, then stays on.
  4. Press the CHANNEL UP button repeatedly (up to 300 times) until the device to be controlled changes channel. The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
  5. Press and release MUTE to install the code. The indicator light goes off.
Most users will want to store VCR codes under the VCR button, Cable codes under CBL, etc. If you want to store a VCR code under CBL, etc., first follow the procedure for Direct Code Entry and press CBL in step 2 of Direct Code Entry, then enter ANY VCR code in step 3 of Direct Code Entry. Then follow the steps above for Code Search.

I need the code for a magnavox dvd vcr combo. its the quick set up code or codes. its for little leaps learning steps. i cant find the manual for it.

Hello
Setup codes for Magnavox DVD/VCR are:
0456
[0914 0286] [0969 0286]
Where the code is listed as [### ###] the first is for the DVD and the second is for the VCR. Otherwise just the one code operates both the DVD and the VCR.
Direct Code Entry
  1. Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
  2. Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.

Making the date and time show after the phone rings.

Sounds like you have several issues here...Time & date is set by entering the DB Administrator, then using the code 08-14. Feature69 defaults a set, not the time. The incoming display is normal, as you are a member of the first UCD group. When you pick up the phone, it shows ICM because you are in intercom mode. There are 3 different ITCM modes: green, red, blank. Your extension button lights red because it's an indicator that you are on the phone.

Headset CS50

It sounds like you need to re-register the earpiece to the base. To do this, use the following steps:
1. Return the headset to the
Headset Docking Cradle

2. Press and hold both the
Speak Volume Adjust Buttons (+/-)
on the back of base unit for a
minimum of 5 seconds. The
Red Power Indicator will then
flash

3. Press and hold the Headset
Mute Switch (black button on top
of earpiece) for a minimum
of 5 seconds. The On-line
indicator (green light on boom)
will then illuminate.

4. Subscription completion is
indicated when the Power
Indicator is fully illuminated
and the On-line Indicator is
extinguished.

5. If subscription fails within 2
minutes the headset will return
to the un-subscribed state.

My LG Chocolate phone is in mute and I cannot get it out of it. Cannot hear any sound out of earpiece...can only use if it is in speaker phone mode...have I changed the setting somehow....is there a way to...

Not sure if this will help you, but when you slide the phone open, do you see 4 red lit-up indicators surrounding your center data wheel? On mine there are:
Red line - top left
Red line - top right
SPK - bottom left
CLR - bottom right
(Note that the indicators stay lit for about 20 seconds)

The indicator at the top left is the MUTE On/Off switch (you will see "MUTE" in the main display, just above the top left indicator). Although there is no real 'switch' there, you just push on that red indicator. It should vibrate when you turn MUTE on or off.

If the indicators go dark, the switch stops working. In that case, you have to slide the LOCK switch (this is a real switch, on the right side of the phone...it's the middle thing - above the MUSIC switch and below the micro SD opening). Just slide downwards and let go...the indicators should light back up, and you can use the MUTE switch then.

Hope this helps.

And BTW, the reason I am answering this question is because despite all I've just explained, my Chocolate MUTE swith, and all those indicator switches, have recently become intermittent. Which means when I am on an important call, after I switch to MUTE I find I can't get it out of MUTE. So if you try the above and it doesn't work, maybe your phone has a problem like mine....
