There should be a charcoal filter in the water tank. This filter doesn't come with the machine so a lot of ppl do not know it is supposed to be there. If it keeps "priming" the filter needs to be changed.
mcdevito75 here, your coffee maker may need cleaning, with a clean or new paper filter in the machine, fill the resovoir with WHITE VINEGAR and let it cycle thru 3 times, 1/2 way thru the either 3rd or 4th time, stop 1/2 way thru shut machine off for 30 minutes, then resume, Now cycle plain water thru the machine 3--4 times to clean out the vinegar. If this doesn"t help, see any appliance repair outlet in your area, the pump could be bad.
There is no fix other than removing water tank and slamming it back into place. There is a problem with with water draw thru the valves. If you search the web, you will see many people have same problem with the new B-70 units. Keurig will replace, but the design flaws are still there. Some people are on there 4 and 5th replacement. Keurig needs to step up and correct problem.
Brew basket? I believe also called the cup holster. Call Keurig, I got the replacement from them. I didn't find it anywhere else. So far it was free of charge.
