The fault is with its vertical scan output stage circuit. Contact any service technician. This is not a user reparable fault. [Out of Sync: picture].

Can the screen be replced? something was thrown at it and the screen undernaeth is damaged. The color is everywhere

No,tv is not worth reparing. The LCD screen panel is damages or broken is not worth repairing the tv.The LCD screen panels are limited produced by the tvs corporations and it 90% important to the tvs.By replacing the LCD screen panel, will cost the same as a new tv.Sorry, now ur tv only can be salvage for electronic boards for parts, not worth as a whole tv anymore.

Vertical white line down centre of Soniq PT42SH plasma TV.

One of your "X" buffer boards is defective. In Panasonic plasma tv's they are located at the bootom of the set and connect directly to the plasma diplay panel via a thin ribbon cable. The board you want to replace will be directly in line with the discolored vertival line in the picture. The part number is on the circuit board and usualy starts with "tnp..." or "txp..."

Tv beginning to flash green with horizontal white lines

From your description it sounds like a bad picture tube. The lines are called retrace lines. There is a small chance that a component on the small board that connects to the neck of the tube may be bad. Without model number information it is very difficult so say further. Some picture tubes can be re-jeuvenated with the appropriate machine ( at a TV repar shop)
If you feel adventurous and are careful you might try GENTLY tapping the neck of the tube and see if picture improves/goes out. If the tapping does change the picture it is definitely the tube

Screen losing color.. turning black and white

Your TV goes black & white, because your Wii could be NTSC or PAL which. If your Wii is PAL and your TV is NTSC then the TV will show a blac and white color. Since NTSC is for North America and PAL for Asia
