I took the cardboard cover off the bottom back and dusted all that I could get to. Most of the back is covered with a metal backing so I don't see any other parts.
Normally you should be able to take the metal cover off as well, and see a fan underneath, known as the condenser fan, that most likely has a bent fan blade, or something stuck in it. One time I was working on a refrigerator that was on someones back patio, and I had to pull a dead rabbit out of it. It had gotten its paw stuck in it and died. :( Unless you are hearing it coming from the freezer section, then you will need to take off the evaporator cover off and see if it is bent or hitting ice. If you can't figure it out then go a head and call for service.(Of course). Oh. In rare cases, when the compressor is getting old, it can make noises when it starts up.
