Saeco incanto deluxe frother leaking and wont pull shot because water comes out of frother tube during shot disbursement

third go from the ulka pump to dirty water

try to make pregroun coffee ,but without beans,just press pre groud button -if water comes out then yuor coffee beans are too fine- turn to hight number the grinder

Place a jug under the milk frother and turn the steam knob to allow hot water to flow.
Ventilate will clear after a short time

Good Afternoon,

All you need to do is have the machine turned on and up to temperature. Make sure that you have a full tank of water as well. Make sure the machine is set for hot water, then turn the knob on the side of the machine to start water flow. Once the water is flowing out, remove the water tank and, leaving the knob turned open so that the water that's in the system drains out. Once water stops coming out, close the knob and shut the machine off.
The water is now drained from the system.

Check the small chamber behind the white plastic valve, that might be filled with coffee grounds and water. For the leak while making coffee the steam valve needs to be rebuilt or replaced.

Either the grind is too fine and there is so much pressure that the pins in the steam valve are not working properly. First try to adjust grind a little coarser, it that does not work, then the pins in the steam valve need to be replaced.

the steam valve is plugged or stuck open it is inside near thr steam knob

Try lifting the water tank and make sure it is pressed along the back of the machine when you put it back in.

VENTILATE ERROR at 27,211 brew cycles on 12/31/22. I read that a stuck Flow Meter might be the cause of the error. A Factory Reset was suggested, so I did that and the Ventilate Error cleared, but it returned on the 1st brew cycle. Since the pump works fine and I had nothing to lose, I continued Ventilating and let the water tank empty, so it really needed to Ventilate. Started with 1 liter of the hottest tap water available, I allowed the tank to empty and then Ventilated using 1.5 liters of boiling water. The Flow Meter must have cleared because I was offered Hot Water or Steam. In the end, the machine is working fine. I had to re-program all of the settings because of the Factory Reset, but my machine lives on. 2023 here we come.
