Call the shipper...the company you bought if off of. If the package is lost, the shipper may just send you another one?
this happened to me where UPS lost the package. I contacted the shipper and they contacted UPS. They decided the package was lost and the shipper sent another one.
I got the second package they sent me, then about a week later I got the first one too!
Most companies have a dollar amount they won't quibble over say $25 dollars. If the item is under $25 they may just send you another one and if you get both..no big deal.
If the item is over $25 (and I'm making that number up) then they may do a little more research to try and locate the item before they just replace it.
Where'd you order it from? How's it being delivered (Fedex, UPS, etc.)? Do you have a tracking number? If you know the delivery company and have a tracking number you can try calling them and asking about its progress.

Contact Amazon and ask them who the carrier was and what the tracking number is then go to the carrier website and track it. Look for who signed for the package.
you can ask the seller if they have a tracking number for the item you bought...i see in the auction it was suppose to be sent usps priority mail..if they did it through paypal the tracking number will be displayed in your my ebay page in item bought/won...if its not there, they didnt ship it through paypal but went to the post office the mail it
check your won items page..if the tracking number isnt there...email the seller and ask for a tracking number...usps priority mail only takes 2-3 days to arrive
When most companies send out packages they use a Tracking Number and are able to tell weather or not a package arrived at it's final destination. If you have your receipt and/or and Order Conformation Number, just call their customer service line @ 26 922 172 560. Just make sure to have the information I stated above: Order Number, Confirmation Number , Paypal / Credit Card Confirmation Number. The more information you have then the better.
In order for either Microsoft or UPS to be able to resolve this problem, you will need to locate one of two things: the Microsoft reference number provided to you when you sent your original XBox 360 in for repairs, or the UPS tracking number(s) for your original XBox 360 and the one you received in error.
Having the Microsoft reference number is generally the ideal way to obtain a resolution, as it allows XBox technical support agents to track where your XBox may have been shipped to, as well as locate the proper UPS tracking number. You normally can find at least one of these numbers by referring to your repair invoice/receipt, and or by checking the labels on the box that was shipped back to you.
Please keep in mind that most repair facilities and services are able to track items they repair if one (or more) customer receives the wrong product back. Due to privacy concerns however, they are generally only able to provide account and shipment information to the person that actually registered the product or requested repairs.
