On your Nokia E63 Dial *#7370# and then enter your master reset code, by default it is 12345

NOTE: Performing a Master reset on any Cell phone will master reset your Nokia cell phone and erase the nokia phone reset completely including contacts, pictures, videos etc. A hard reset on your Nokia cell phone E63 will remove any viruses you may have on your Nokia E63 cell phone master reset

This is a good way to reset your phone if it has any bugs in it that the updates don't fix. Remember to save any contacts or important pictures with the PC Suite. I didn't really know what PC suite was before, but it's a program from Nokia that you install on your PC. Using that and the data cable, you can backup important info or settings on your phone.
