Question about Dell PowerEdge T300 Server
Like Kasey said... You're not going to get it working. At least not very well. The hardware support in Windows 2000 is far too old for this newer-ish hardware.
This is unresolvable. Get AT LEAST Windows Server 2008.
Go Linux for best results, honestly. You won't end up in this situation. There will always be free, updated software to use. Server versions of Linux are able to be configured as an Active Directory server, HTTP/FTP, etc.

Windows 2000 is not supported on this machine. The closest you could get is using a hypervisor XenServer or VMWare ESXi and then installing Windows 2000 on a virtual machine.
