Just gone to printer troubleshoot where it stated fault was that it "can't feed job into ghostscript"
SOURCE: Printer refuses to print. Shows message 5100.
Hi
I believe the print spooler had stoped and needs to restart again. Please try this solution
Go to START MENU
Choose Command prompt, right click and run as administrator ( Fow window vista and windows 7)
Type the letter "cmd"
Type the word "net stop spooler"
Exit
Go to C drive
Choose to Windows Folder
Click show content
Choose system32 folder
Choose spool folder
Choose printer
And delete all printing jobs pending
Again go back to CMD window and type the word "net start spooler"
Restart your computer also turn off your printer and switch it on.
It will work fine right now
If it does not help you, please let me know to give more advise. Regards

Could be a number of things but I'll narrow down do you have the pictured printer? or a laser printer? Cleaning the pick up roller and check for "separation" pad appearing to be hard plastic somewhere in line or near where the blank paper hit the go flag
Check for 8 1/2" 20# to 24# paper.
If all checks out try looking for an individual staple, nail or wire that might have fallen in the rollers. Most likely something is jammed in there like a paper clip, or the day time passers by just are going about their business
