I can't shut my rca 7in tablet off

Go to this link on YouTube and do a factory reset and reboot. This will reset your tablet so you may be able to use it. It sounds like your system got corrupted or infected.

try holding the volume up button and then power it on ( keeping the volume up button pressed in ) if you get a menu just click restart tablet. you will loose everything if you reset with pin but some tablets have a hard reboot option like i described but it wont delete anything

TABLET WON'T COME OFF OF THE MAIN RCA SCREEN HOW CAN I FIX THIS

If restarting does not help, then leave the tablet on until the battery drains to zero and the tablet shuts off. Then plug it in and charge it fully. When you turn it on, everything should be reset. Worked for me and have had no problems since.
