I have the back of the TV off I have checked to make sure I do have power going to the TV I have a good fuse in the power cord and I do not see any signs of burn marks or blown capacitors
Check that the power cable plug is firm seated in the power board. This is a simple thing but sometimes it comes loose or stays loose after servicing the power board. Also, check that there is power to the secondary lines that will tell you that the power board is operating. Otherwise you likely have a defective power board.

Took it to a TV repair shop and they did the following:
1. Rebuilt Power Supply
2. Replaced Diode
3. Replacd Transitor
Total cost was ~$100. Tv works fine now.

Look at the power supply to see if anyhting burnt, fuse, bad capacitors. I doubt that the power cord is bad, the same size fuse should be used as the original one.

You may have to replace the power supply module if you do not want to troubleshoot it down to component level. The fuse blown may be due to the power surge or shorted out components.
