I have a leap Pad ULTRA iT WAS A HAND ME DOWN. But the parent code was all ready set to access the Wi-Fi and the person (my sister) cant remember what it was how do I reset it??

For paren lock code when asked for the 4 digits press 1 9 6 then backspace then 8 7 hope that helps

WiFi code is provided by the router. You should ask code from the person who manages the computer or server associated to the router

Perhaps you try to find out in the shop you bought this?
Would not be wise to give any code here, because it is not sure a parent or a child is asking this.

Not positive but think you will have to unregister the Kindle and then re-register it. You will lose everything.

How do I obtain a parent code for my child's leap pad ultra? My child started the ultra before I could set up anything.
