Scooter won't move when forward/reverse engaged.

Engage the freewheel lever
- allows you to operate the mobility equipment with the standard controls.
Disengage the freewheel lever - This unlocks the unit and allows the wheels to spin freely. You can easy push the equipment without power. This is especially helpful if you run out of battery power and need assistance.

The motor on our brand new Revo 3 Wheel makes a ticking noise about every revolution of the wheels. This is our second Revo, the company exchanged the first one due to the same problem that they could not...

Trent I had this with another scooter and it turned out to be a cut or piece missing from one of the tires. Check all the tires carefully for any little defect or gouge. If you find something fishy take a piece of tape and cove the defect and the drive the scooter and see if you still hear the ticking sound. If that doesn't help block the rear of the scooter off the floor and have your wife run it slowly carefully listen to both rear tires to see if you can find the one making noise. If you can't hear the noise block up the front tires spin them to listen for the sound you are hearing. Hope this helps and let me know what you find Good Luck

Revo 3 wheel: will not hold constant speed; batteries recently replaced but did not fix problem

hi, there could be a number of issues,

First check the speed pot, try moving the throttle lever in the upwards or downwards direction while going forward, if the scooter starts to pick up again then the speed pot is worn and needs replacing.

if the motor has brushes check them, make sure they can move freely, some times they stick and cause intermittant speed problems, check the battery conections and make sure they are tight.

If this helps please vote.

hi, that is a textbook problem related to the speed controller pot,
the pot is attached to the lever you move to go forward etc,

to be 100% certain trying moving the lever in the upwards direction while gong forward ? does it speed up ,a new speed pot required.

Forward/Reverse switch not working Revo Pride

Could it be in free-wheel mode. Most Prides have a pull up knob at the rear of the scooter.
