I want to cancel renewal, and of all future charges to my paypal account

Im trying to cancel automatic renewal.

I believe the only way to do that is to contact paypal. to contact them by phone, go to their website and click on "contact" at the bottom of the page. on the right hand side you will see (in blue letters) "contact us by phone". it will give you the phone number and a one-time pass code that you will need to enter when prompted on the phone. if that doesn't work, do what i did and cancel your account and re-open a new one.

Go into 'account' profile to remove any payment options you have set up.

If you used Paypal, go into paypal 'My Money' and cancel your payment from there.

If you have paid through PayPal, please login into your PayPal account, find your transaction ID, view the recurring details and you will be able to cancel there, or you can send the latest transaction ID to filesonic support and they will cancel recurring charges for you.

If you have paid through Segpay, please cancel at this link: https://segpaycs.com/spsolo.aspx. If you do not have the necessary information to cancel at that link please submit a request to filesonic support and they will do that for you.

You subscribed yourself to a service suscription and now they're automatically withdrawing your money. To cancel your suscription follow the steps below:
1) Enter your paypal account. 2) Click on "View all of my transactions". 3) Select a date range so your transactions can be found. 4) Click on "Show" button. 5) Click on "Subscriptions". 6) There you can see all of your subscriptions. 7) You can cancel your susbscription and see the "detaiils" of each subscription.

I have got myself in a jam. I contacted a site on Justask.com and never did open the answer because I tried to cancel my question but of course there is no way to do that easily. I am not computer savvy...
If you gave them the Paypal Account information when you signed up for payments they can charge Paypal and Paypal will charge what ever account you have set up with them.

How to cancel a monthly subscription
Log into your paypal control panel.
Click on your history tab.
Find the subscription in your history and click on it.
After the screen redraws, you will be given the option to cancel the subscription or renew it. Select cancel.
