My proscan tablet keeps crashing an it has two different pop ups showing then wjen I click to clear them they continue to show up but then they finally go away an after you click a app it crashes an reboots or if you wait to long it automatically crashes or reboots

Turn off tablet. Press and hold the power on button and the volume down button. when it comes on release the power button keep holding the volume down button, when it shows the restore screen let go of the volume down button. then use the volume up down button to choose what you want to do . Since I don't know which exact Proscan Tablet you have, here is how to restore the PLT9045K.
1) Make sure the tablet is powered down.
2) Press and hold VOLUME UP(+) and DOWN(-) buttons, plus POWER button all at the same time.
3) Insert a metal pin in the RESET hole at the back of the tablet, then push and hold it for 2 seconds, while still holding the VOLUME and POWER buttons. Make sure the pin is pushed. It seems like nothing happened, but just keep on going to the next step.
4) Power ON the tablet and immediately, PRESS and RELEASE continuously the VOLUME UP(+) button in order to get the display as showing dead tablet (dead robot).
5) This is the critical part. Make sure you do the right sequence or you will start again from the beginning. Press and hold the POWER button, then press and release VOLUME UP(+), and the display will give you a screen showing different options.
6) Choose the option wipe data/factory reset, by clicking POWER button to scroll down. To execute the selected option, press VOLUME UP(+) button. The tablet will reboot back to its factory setting.
Keeps crashing because can't handle too many tasks at one time. I have the same problem. I have the same problem. Try the pin hole reset next to the HDMI input . Press in gently with a paper clip and hold for thirty seconds.
Google play? Try uninstalling updates. Disconnect from internet when not in use.
These tablets have lots of problems not easily solved because there are no firmware updates for this model.
Apps. Select Google.
Clear cache.
If that doesn't work select uninstall updates. You will be questioned if you want to reinstall factory version. Select yes.

Typically the tablet will pop up a notification when you plug it into a computer asking ho to connect it. If not, you should be able to specify a default option under settings > connect to PC. Your menu may be different.
