If the ground spring located on the left inside wall of the printer is ok, and you have tried cleaning all the ground contacts on the cartridge, then it may just be a bad toner cartridge. Especially if it's a third party cartridge and/or especially if this problem happened right after or shortly after installing a new cartridge.

Supply memory error color

A "supply memory" error is usually caused by a bad toner cartridge. Each cartridge has a chip that is read by the printer.
Try reseating the cartridges.
Did the error occur after you swapped out a cartridge?

Hp laserjet 9500 is showing error 59.6k. and asking for restar.after re start error is same pls solve this issue

59.6K is a problem with the black image drum.
Take the black cartridge out of the printer. Shake it, reinstall it. Power cycle the printer. If the error comes back, remove the black image drum and reseat it. The image drums(one for each color) sit below the toner cartridges.
If the error still comes back a tech is going to have to look at the printer.

When I try to print on HP Color LaserJet 2600n. black color doesn't appear. I changed the cartridge but the problem still. I test the cartridge on another printer and it's ok.

The cartridge is missing contact from the drum to the ground. When this contact is missing, the charge from the the laser exposed areas on the drum cannot disappear and the result is lack of image.
Remove the cartridges and compare the connecting pins of the nest for the black with other nests. One may be bend and loosing it's contact.

Replace Cathridge

The front panel tells you witch toner cartridge should you replace. If a supply memory error ocures then the cartridge should be replaced or exchanged with a new one. The imaging drum unit is also consumable. for "Joe 50" - there are 4 toner cartridges in the printer.
