My HD350 Technics audio set consistent of four Parts:ST tuner, SE amplifier, SL CD plager, RS cassetteplayer wicht are connected via a flat broad cable. It goes from tuner to cd to cassette. Now my cassete plager ruins my cassettes I want to remove it from the set. However the cable is fixed to the cassete player, goes via the cd player to the tuner. As the cassete player has no plug-socket, can I simply cut the cable after the cd player in order to detache the casette player? Tanks for replying. Wim Zalm

Please don't cut a cable, You won't be able to repair it. There must be a way to lose the cable without cutting. I forgot, but I will search around. When I find something I'll come back on this.
